I apologize for the lack of updates as of late. I recently completed a road trip across Hana (2 days) and both the internet and network services were very unreliable in those parts. It was an awesome trip though! I am in West Maui right now, staying in Lahaina. I’ll be here for a few more days, then it’s off to Honolulu! 🙂

Haha, that is definitely a land of extremes. Hawaii is one of the few states I haven’t been to…..but I want to change that soon. Have a great trip!

Yeah, the weather can get kind of extreme here… today, I went to the beach and it was absolutely gorgeous… one hour later, it was pouring rain, and everyone was evacuating the beach, even though the sun was still shining brightly and it was at least 70 degrees…
Hope you do get a chance to come out here in the near future. It’s an amazing experience and I have nothing bad to say about Hawaii at all…

Hmm, in terms of tips, don’t really have any off the top of my head, other than to have a blast! Turn off the brain, leave any stresses behind, and embrace the aloha spirit! Slowing down the pace of life really does wonders… this trip has been so revitalizing, I can’t even begin to explain…

It is beautiful though! And I love seeing those pictures of Haleakala. Used to love hiking through the crater and walking through clouds!

Haha, yeah that road to Hana sure is windy! Luckily no one got sick, but those one-lane blind turns were a bit nerve racking at first…
Haleakala was awesome! Being up there above the clouds, man I hadn’t experienced anything like that before. One of the highlights of the trip, for sure.
