Happy thanksgiving everyone! In a year that’s been really tough for investors across the board, especially pertaining to: mining stocks, cryptos, and even now with general equities also wobbling a bit, this is that time of year where we just say “time out” for a short while and remember to be thankful for what we’ve got.
It’s perfectly understandable and human nature to always desire: More, More, More…
But for most people, if you search deep within, even if you don’t have everything you ever wanted right this very moment, I’m sure you can still find lots of things that are worth cherishing and even PRICELESS.
Money ain’t everything, even if most people spend day and night, 24/7 chasing after it…
So, even though I’m way out in Manila right now and far away from home, I’m not gonna forget to remember and think about my loved ones today. Most dear to my heart would be my own mom and grandma, who will be celebrating Turkey Day back in California.
2018 was a very tumultuous year for me, no doubt, but hopefully I can learn from many things that happened this year and attempt to improve in the future.
Importantly, I made some very valuable human connections this year, which are providing me the highlights and memories to last a lifetime. Further, it was also awesome to re-establish and even further cultivate and grow pre-existing relationships, making some bonds stronger than ever before!
Lots to be thankful for, despite the overall investing markets being total shit right now.
Can’t always have everything in life, so yeah, be grateful and thankful for the good things in your life.
To even better days!
