Puerto Rico – Day 1 (June 14, 2017)

in Puerto Rico, Travel Updates

I spent all day today traveling, but I finally arrived in Puerto Rico! This is my first time out here, and at first glance it kinda reminds me of Miami.

Just checked into a unit right next to the beach and had some late night dinner…

Can’t say I’m a huge fan of the prices (damn pricier than Silicon Valley even!), if this place was to be used as any kind of indicator…

Classic Mofongo (creamy smashed plantains) with creole sauce and shrimp.

Fish tacos.

Beach life…

Investing, making $$$, and all that jazz is great stuff, of course… but as everyone knows, sometimes you just wanna step aside from all the noise and just appreciate (enjoy) life…

Life’s too short!

Gotta remember to try new things… New sights, sounds, experiences…

Silicon Valley, it’s been a fun reunion…

Now I’m off to find my beach for the next few weeks.

Fight On!

Are you visiting the west side of the island (Rincon or Aguadilla?)

I’m an entrepreneur, read your blog, obviously into FI 🙂

If you are still in PR and heading near aguadilla, feel free to email me using the email I posted this comment with. Thanks!

Caleb,

Unfortunately, I’m only going to get to see San Juan this time around. I leave for the DR later today.

Thanks for reaching out, perhaps next time we will get a chance to connect.

Take care!
